Vulcanising Machines

ProVulc's vulcanising machines are designed for the seamless vulcanisation of joints on a range of belt types, including fabric ply belts, steel cord belts, and solid woven belts. Our machines feature a three-in-one heating system that integrates cooling, heating, and insulation for a rational and simplified layout. The pressurising system utilises high-strength aluminium plates and rubber high-pressure water bags, ensuring even pressure distribution with no blind spots. The control system employs PID intelligent control with both manual and automatic modes. We also offer customisable machines with different voltages and configurations to meet specific customer requirements.

Spot Repair Machine

ProVulc’s spot repair machines are ideal for small-scale damage repair on conveyor belts, with the ability to fix damage areas up to 300x300mm. Our machines are lightweight, simple to operate, and designed for rapid repairs.

Edge and Line Repair Machine

ProVulc’s tear repair vulcanising machines are designed for large-scale tear and scratch repairs on conveyor belts. Each machine can repair lengths of up to 900mm in a single operation, significantly increasing efficiency and reducing downtime.

Heating Element

Our silicone heating elements are designed for flexibility, durability, and even heat distribution. They are lightweight, moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and electric-proof, ensuring long-lasting and reliable performance.

Rubber High-Pressure Water Bag

ProVulc’s core pressure bag technology is moulded in one step under high temperature and pressure, ensuring superior strength and durability. Each bag is rigorously tested to provide uniform pressure distribution, offering better performance than other pressurising methods. The system is engineered to work seamlessly with aluminium traverse bars and bolts, ensuring a more efficient pressure application and extending the service life of conveyor belt joints.

P1 Electrical Control Box

The P1 Electrical Control Box features advanced PID intelligent temperature control for precise temperature regulation. It includes digital displays for three-phase current, preset vulcanisation temperatures, and real-time temperature monitoring. Quick-connect fittings make setup straightforward, and a built-in timer accurately tracks the vulcanisation process. The system allows for easy switching between manual and automatic modes.

Water Pump

ProVulc’s water pump is an essential component for providing pressure during belt splicing. Our second-generation pump comes with a built-in 90-litre water tank, capable of powering up to three vulcanising machines simultaneously. The system features a pressure regulator and safety valve, protecting the equipment from overpressure and ensuring safe, reliable operation. Quick-connect fittings make it easy to use and highly efficient.

Belt Clamp

ProVulc’s belt clamps are essential for securing belts during splicing operations. Made from high-strength aluminium alloy, our clamps feature a unique wavy surface design to increase friction with the belt. The clamp heads are crafted from specially welded alloy steel and come with tightening and traction mechanisms. Available in 3-ton and 5-ton capacities, these clamps provide reliable, secure performance in various work environments. Select the appropriate clamp strength based on your specific needs.
