ProVulc's vulcanising machines are designed for the seamless vulcanisation of joints on a range of belt types, including fabric ply belts, steel cord belts, and solid woven belts. Our machines feature a three-in-one heating system that integrates cooling, heating, and insulation for a rational and simplified layout. The pressurising system utilises high-strength aluminium plates and rubber high-pressure water bags, ensuring even pressure distribution with no blind spots.
